no hot water this morning had an 8:00 meeting, audio in room messed up, no microwave in room, room too crowded small bathroom not a good conference hotel
This was the most amazing hotel I have stayed at in a long time! It had a very luxurious lobby full of comfy furniture and Art Deco design. I loved the indoor pool and hot tub with bungalows for relaxing. The room had an amazing view and although the entry way and bathroom were a little snug the room felt spacious and swanky. The restaurant and bar were a little pricey but loved the atmosphere. The proximity to downtown makes walking to the fun center of Asheville very easy.
The location for this hotel could not be beat. It's a short walk from a ton of downtown restaurants, shops, and an art museum; and there ws plenty of parking. The hotel staff was ready to answer any questions about nearby restaurants, and even offered a few recommendations. The room was very clean, and the view of the mountains was nice to wake up to. I have to give 5 stars, because I can't think of any reason to give it 4. Great hotel!
This is such a great place to come! The staff is excellent and they love pets! Exceptional service
so I had stayed at this gourgous property last year and was so excited to return for my 2 year anniversary. the property is still exquisite and the staff is amazing we sat on the lanais and had cocktails and coffee .We had great parking and never got the car again We walked everywhere due to the ideal location of the hotel blocks from everything the bedding and room was awesome clean and comfy. this delightful hotel made our anniversary trip both special and memorable can't wait to come back thank you rennasaince Asheville
The Renaissance Asheville Hotel is the only place to stay when visiting this fantastic town. It is located perfectly near all the shops and restaurants, but the hotel itself provides some unique amenities as well. The fantastic restaurant provides a delicious selection of breakfast/ brunch meals to get you started on your day spent exploring the city.
