I recently stayed here. The room was dusty, something was left in the refrigerator prior to my visit. The sheet was to small for the bed and kept coming off. When I checked out and the desk clerk asked me about my visit. I told her my complaints. She tried to over me several things to make it right. To be honest I've never been to a Renaissance hotel before, but now that I have, I'm going to make sure I will again. From cool and stylish interior design, comfortable bedding, great views & courteous staff. It's the perfect room for either business or personal travel. I'm official a fan!
Great location, helpful staff (complete with spot-on restaurant recommendations). Rooms are comfy, clean and modern, plus Aveda products in the bathroom. The outdoor courtyard is a great bonus feature, and you can walk to downtown Asheville easily. Would definitely recommend and return!
The Renaissance Asheville Hotel is an excellent hotel. The rooms were modern and very cozy and the staff is also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located right in downtown which made exploring the area for easy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area.
I recently stayed at Renaissance in Asheville. What a great hotel!! First, their location is right in downtown. Once I parked my car, I really didn't need it anymore. So many great restaurants and shops closely located by the hotel. Aside from location, my room was fantastic! Big comfy bed, clean, very modern design.
