This is the best shop in town,I'll never buy a bike or parts from anyone else, they are so nice and helpful keep my bikes in tip top shape and are always personal and answer all My crazy questions lol
As a woman going into a bike shop you never know how you will be treated while shopping. While I was looking for a new bike for my daughter, I had the opportunity to speak with many of the staff members and was treated like a knowledgeable and valued customer. Each staff member listened to me about what I was looking for and my price range. All the bikes they had Katie try out were perfect. LOVE this bike shop! You know how sometimes you'll walk into a shop and you don't fit the "biker" profile so nobody talks to you? Well…NOT here! They're always friendly, helpful and kind.
Dropped my mountain bike off last night for a tune up, new front rotor and pads, and new chain. Justin called me this morning and said "hey your bike is ready" rides like a brand new Lamborghini!!!! I work in the customer service market so I do expect to be treated as I treat my customers. Justin and everyone at Ascent treats me well and always take very good care of my rig. Awesome company with amazing staff. My son won a bike from them at the Patriot's Festival, and they went out of their way to get him the perfect fit. He is one excited bike winner!
I had to have some work done on my bike, and was told they would call me first thing after the weekend to quote me a turnaround time... Never happened. That can be overlooked, but when I picked my bike back up I found that half of the screws they had to remove weren't tightened. I don't appreciate paying a shop to have them work on my bike, only to find that I have to finish the work for them. I won't be taking my bike back to this "shop".
I have know Patrick for years and Clay and their team of people at Ascent Cycling have always provided me and my family with excellent service and cycling equipment!! Thanks guys!!
