I just wanted to say that I truly enjoy having Ascent right down the road from my house. Any time I have had an issue with a bicycle whether its my or my wives big box bike, my son's BMX, or his name brand hard tail, Ascent always takes care of me. The staff is amazing and exceptionally helpful. Clay did an awesome quick fix on my dropper post and swapped out by brake pads. Such a great tech! Thanks guys.
Went in looking for a specific bike which they had in stock. I was greeted immediately and I asked a few questions. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. I went to remove the front wheel to put it in my car and not knowing the fork, I lost some pieces to the thru-axle like a dummy. I brought it right back in for help.
