RecommendedLOVED my experience here. They were patient with me, put up with my stupid questions, and never pushed me to buy anything. I dealt with several employees over 4 days coming to my decision of what wheels to ride with. They also gave a fellow vet on staff 💪 so for me that made me way more comfortable too. Super helpful, I didn't buy our original bikes here, but wanted to get rid of my kiddo's old one and get mine tuned up, and they worked with us to make both happen. Definitely recommend, great shop.
In a town with at least 7 bike shops, possibly more. Ascent stands well above them all in customer service, bike knowledge and mechanical work. I've been to almost all the other shops and non of them treat you as well as they do at Ascent. The minute you walk in you feel welcome and they are there to help. I have had sub standard customer service at 3 other bike shops and I spend a lot of money a year on bike items. At Ascent they treated like their best customer buying just some GU packs.
