Got my 2021 Trek Remedy 8 here and I had the best experience with everyone at Ascent. Patrick was very quick about getting back to me regarding an email on bike availability. Everyone I spoke with during the purchase process was so nice and really took an interest in what I wanted from a bike. If you’re in the market for a new bike, I highly recommend Ascent Cycling. Over the past two weeks I got new platforms, two tubes, a tire, new grips, brake pads, two cables replaced, and a drivetrain adjustment from Ascent. Everything is working perfectly and I’ve been enjoying the upgrades & replacements! First time I was in and out in under 20 mins, and the second time I received even better service. Great customer service. I am not one to spend money without a lot of thought. I visited the shop everyday for a week with questions and even with only letting a few people in at a time I was never rushed.
