3 appointments they gave me but never showed up at any of them, we have been waiting 3 days for them and they never called me back!!!
Had drain backing up in bathroom on a Sunday and the guy came and fixed the immediate problem. He said they needed to run a camera to see if we had additional broken pipes under the house but he had not brought one. He said running the camera would be included in the service and he would come back on Monday to run it at no charge. When he returned on Monday he did charge $280 to locate where the break was under the house. Furthermore, they estimated $5000 to fix 2 pipes!
