I was ay Home Depot getting some materials when this gentleman gave me a flyer for A/C Maintenance for 49.00. I talked with him four a few minutes and got a date and time he would be at home. Story short, he came to the house and started his work. He checked/cleaned the inside unit. He also checked the outside unit and cleaned out ad well. I had 2 companies come or to do the same thing and were charging me over 200.00, and was just an estimate, because it was needing freon R22.
