I had an entire unit needing to be replaced. They were strictly business and very professional when I called. They showed up the next day. I was told it would be a 6 hour install. These guys knocked it out in 4 hours! Not only did they finish up quick they also took the time to show how to use the new thermostat. A very big thanks to Miguel and Mauricio, you guys were great. My 25-year old air conditioner went out during the week. Temperatures are in the triple digits. I got these guys to come out and climb on my roof to check out the compressor. It was 105 at the time. I know having and air conditioner on the roof is crazy because it is really hard to find someone to come out. Anyway with the professionalism of Home Depot and ARS, I will get my new unit on Tuesday. Would have already had it if the a/c wasn’t on the roof. They couldn’t get the crane until Tuesday. The price was right, the financ... read more
