RecommendedI went to Home Depot off Jupiter to get estimate on a/c unit - Deborah set up an appt for that day - saw Chuck and was quoted a fair price (he was knowledgeable in what my home needed) - then Mauricio and Miguel did the install the next day - everything was made easy by the professional attention I received - I would give all a 6 star review on a 5 star system

They are great selling you a new unit for $$$$$. Then it goes out in a few months. Of course on a holiday weekend. And they just tell you sorry can’t help you till Tuesday. When you call all you get is an answering service. They send messages for a manager to call but the manager is to chicken to call I sure he is enjoying his long weekend with his family in a nice cool house. They don’t care for appointment. They canceled my appointment two times and still waiting for another appointment . so they don’t care for your valuable time And the office staff is also not good

I made an appointment a week ahead of schedule I paid my service fee of $169. up front they gave me a timeframe a 4 hour window after the 4 hour wait I call them and they say it would might be 4 to 5 hours down the road they are not sure when they will be here. that is bait and switch to take somebody's money make an appointment promised them a service not call them to let the paying customer knowledge of the delay. that's crapy customer service and then when you request a refund they hang up on you on the phone do not use t... read more

Jason - our technician was pleasant and reassuring. He seemed to assessed and resolve things quickly like locating (somewhat hidden) dampers & adjusting them for better air flow. He also pointed the locations out for me. I was impressed with his efforts.

ARS charged me $1200 for a plumbing "attempt" that did not address my issue. They tried to sell me a $10,000 tunneling job after. Luckily, I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion, both advising me the "attempt" was just to get more $ and should never have been tried. In addition, I posted my honest review previously and received a response from ARS stating they'd like my contact info to attempt to resolve. I never received a response and even received an additional survey?
