Terrible customer service. Its been years of issues since we paid thousands for radiant barrier, insulation and attic fans. Trying to get someone to call you back, show up, and fix the issues has been extremely frustrating. Would love customer assurance to contact me back...
I’ve used ARS for over 20 years and I can always count on them for giving me accurate and well thought out recommendations o repairing my issues or replacing it. I’ve used them for plumbing, irrigation, hot water heaters, A/C and heating repair and replacement. I’ve called others companies to get estimates but always found ARS to be the most reasonable and they are not quick to replace the whole unit (A/C & heating) like some other company (example “Baker Brothers”) when the heating unit works fine ( and I only need an A/C r... read more
