A technician finally showed later that afternoon. My thermostat had no power. I replaced it with a Nest thermostat and still no power. He restored power to the thermostat but it wasn’t cooling. The ARS Comfort Advisor, Darrell, did a great job of explaining the ARS insulation installation process, materials and benefit of new attic insulation. His knowledge, expertise and friendliness was a great help in making an insulation decision. I would highly recommend ARS company.

I was ay Home Depot getting some materials when this gentleman gave me a flyer for A/C Maintenance for 49.00. I talked with him four a few minutes and got a date and time he would be at home. Story short, he came to the house and started his work. He checked/cleaned the inside unit. He also checked the outside unit and cleaned out ad well. I had 2 companies come or to do the same thing and were charging me over 200.00, and was just an estimate, because it was needing freon R22. I was thoroughly impressed by Ralph when he came out for a checkup of my HVAC system. He was knowledgeable and took his time to show me ways to save money. He solved a long standing issue in my son's room with the air flow. He is a value to ARS and I will request him for my next tuneup!

Aspen Air is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have had trouble with these people from the start of installation 2 1/2 months ago till present. The installation is still not complete. Monday June 8, 2020 I contacted Aspen Air about a water spot in my celling at 3:00 PM. I have called them a total of 5 times to fix this problem. We had ARS come out to our home to do a tune up. They then told us we needed a whole new AC system. We have a home warranty, so we contacted the warranty company. The new techs that came out said that not only had our system not been tuned up (coils clogged with grass and still dirty) but the ARS tech had exaggerated most of the problems with the system, including by telling us that we could not get any refrigerant put into the system for the very small amount we needed to add and so needed a whole new system. $8,000 plus and after 13 months something blows up and I have no ac... their main concern is their $99 to come look... and they say “if electrical that’s not our responsibility” oh I see when you install you did not hook it up to the electrical system?
