Worst HVAC service I’ve ever experienced. The system they installed constantly has issues and they will not come out for service if it’s raining.

Andrew Gay Grunden came out to my home in Kent this morning. He was kind, personable and hilarious when I started joking with him. He is a definite asset to Rescue Rooter and if I ever need service again, I’ll ask for him by name. A complete gentleman and loved my puppy as well. On a scale of 1 to 10, he gets a 9 because only God can be perfect. 😊🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

It’s 11:00 PM. We have no AC. We purchased a $10,000 unit 4/27/20. Promises of prompt service. Repeated calls to company. No assurance anyone will be coming to fix it. My husband, licensed contractor diagnosed problem as faulty circuit breaker they installed and only they can replace. My house is unbearably hot, and no help in sight. We take full responsibility since it’s the second unit we bought from them, and nothing but problems with the last one. Great sales pitch this would be different. I think not.

Return calls and follow up on problems you identify
My 25-year old air conditioner went out during the week. Temperatures are in the triple digits. I got these guys to come out and climb on my roof to check out the compressor. It was 105 at the time. I know having and air conditioner on the roof is crazy because it is really hard to find someone to come out. Anyway with the professionalism of Home Depot and ARS, I will get my new unit on Tuesday.
