Aspen Air is incompetent, irresponsible and unethical. DO NOT EVER purchase an AC system from this company. I was happily with them for TWO DECADES but apparently the philosophy of the company has changed and it is now all about screwing the customer. We were oversold a new unit waaaaaay beyond what we need, the salesman (either purposely or thru ignorance) failed to disclose that it was incompatible with our Nest control, the two installers were unqualified to set up the new "smart" control, and instead of trying to figure ... read more
