I have worked with ARS for a few years, and they have been hit or miss. However, I requested consultation for my air conditioning systems two months ago. The initial person who was sent over was unable to tell me what needed to be done, so I had to take a second day off work to get two supervisors over to look at the system. After telling me a BS story about how they could not reach the units with a crane, he proceeds to tell me he will have to airlift my AC units in with a helicopter.
