They gave me a choice of time ranges that the tech can arrive. I chose 2 to 4. It was a Saturday and we had to turn the water off because of a leaking shower/tub faucet. They called before the tech was on his way. Sam was very knowledgeable, considerate, and pleasant. He did a good job replacing the faucet. He succeeded in not damaging any surrounding tile and did a neat job caulking. Except for the cost, the experience was excellent.
Miki did an excellent job of tune up of our old heating furnace. He was very courteous to answer all my questions.

My technician Chris was terrific. From the moment he came Chris was courteous, very thorough explaining options so I understood, and fixed my problem. Then he cleaned up as though he had not been there. I will ask for him if the need arises again. I found him very reliable and a great asset to your company.

After he sold me on the high efficiency unit, Ron showed up on the morning of my furnace/air install. He and the technicians got together and redesigned my entire heating/air ducting, installing cold air returns in my upper and lower level as well as increasing the size of the return on the main. They were also able to re-route a small intake in the kitchen for heat, since that room is always cold. Heat in my house is now more even on each level. Scott W came for a furnace tune up and ended up replacing a couple of different parts. He was on time, very courteous and friendly, showed us the parts that needed to be repaired and then left the area exactly the way he found it. Excellent service - we will call ARS again in the future.
