I recently had a new furnace, central air and humidifier installed by Rafal and Mariusc or better known as Mario and Ralph. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They did a tremendous job of installing, cleaning up everything and providing instructions of how to operate my new units. They waited until the unit cycled to make sure all worked as it should. I highly recommend your two installers and ARS/Rescue Rooter of Illinois to get the job done right! Thank you everyone involved including Nate.

Scott W. provided excellent service. He discussed repair options and completed the repair quickly. Left work area clean. I have always had good repair service for furnace and air conditioning with ARS.

The service Ralph provided was excellent and he was very helpful when explaining our new furnace and attachments. ARS Rescue Rooter of Illinois is great (we were with Anderson Heating and Cooling prior to the buyout we loved them too!) Thank hyou

I had my first clean/tune up for my furnace provided by Scott W. He was very nice and made everything easy to understand. He even found an issue left by the previous company and fixed it right away for me. He also suggested using a certain kind of air filter for the furnace that will help my furnace last longer. All in all, it was money well spent and will consider doing all my services through ARS/Rescue Rooter.

We have a root problem, we know it. Mark Dennis came out as our technician and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and showed us even more issues than we knew we had.He was professional and talked through our options and most importantly we trusted everything he said. He told it like it is whether we wanted to hear it or not. I would definitely use ARS again and ask for Mark Dennis!
