RecommendedHad a water faucet that wouldn't turn off, called ARS, Got a repair man there at 9:00pm, Brandon. He couldn't get parts due to the time of night, the next day, Dylan Terry showed up at 0900, had to go and get parts, came back and everything worked great. Both Brandon and Dylan were great to work with, knowledgeable, and just nice guys. Would recommend ARS to my friends and family!

Charged me $12,500 for two 2.5 ton units and new duct installed. In the beginning they where sending me some cheap Rheem heat pumps. I demanded carrier heat pumps “not the cheaper” ones at that price point. They left my upstairs a mess during install. I had to get the new vent boots re-done (3 times) before it would pass home inspection. Since they have installed the new carrier units, I have had 3 bad “Honeywell Thermostats”.
