I was extremely pleased with Terry S's service from ARS/Rescue Rooter on Wednesday in clearing out a clogged bathtub. He was able to provide the service on the same day I called, was very professional and courteous when he arrived, explained what the charge was, applied the coupon I had and cleaned up the area prior to leaving. ARS has fulfilled all of my needs regarding my furnace and A/C maintenance. I had both units replaced three years ago and retain a mtce. contract which is cared for efficiently. I am pleased with the service provided and the service professional (Joe N.) who administered the last check-up.

I got introduced to ARS through Home Depot when I had to buy a new furnace. I bought the maintenance plan at that time and found out it would be cost prohibitive to simply fix the air conditioner, so I bought a new one. Both times were positive experiences from Dan who looked at the units to Ron, the salesman and the installers, Dave M. and Bill. All the appointments were done in an expedient manner and everything was very well explained as to what was wrong with the units and how they should properly function. I am very hap... read more

I have had ARS for the past 13 years when we purchased a new furnace/AC. They have been the only company to service the unit. I trust them when it comes to informing me about the condition of both units. Everything is explained well as I'm shown the areas of concern with the unit. Since the age of HVAC is up there and I was shown what work needed to be done, I decided to replace the HVAC rather than sink money into the old furnace. Terry S. examined the different parts that could cause a problem with the pump inside and outside the house, and took the time to explain the different options for treating it. When clearing the outside discharge plumbing did not improve the situation, he only charged for the diagnosis.

Rob A was out today to tune up my AC unit. He took his time to go over everything he was doing and explained recommendations. I made the appointment at The Home Depot in Glenview last week. So if you see the gal with the clipboard...be sure to sign up. Great price, Great service. I'm a Home Depot employee and was very impressed with the service! Thank you.
