RecommendedAlbert came on time and along with being very friendly was very efficient. He conquered the issue of how to access the washer and quickly diagnosed (and fixed) the problem. I was also given information on another issue that will need to be addressed, along with a quote on how much it will cost. I will definitely keep Rescue Rooter on my list of trusted professionals.

Was told by 2 people that it would cost $99 for a sewer clean out if access was outside. I asked are there any other charges I need to be aware of like tech fee, taxes,etc., there response no that’s all.🤥 When tech arrived had paper to sign showing $99 fee + $20 truck fee🤷🏻♀️, called office women answered said she could not handle dispute charges needed a manager and of course no manager available.
