Hot water heater blew on a Sunday. I use ARS for heating and cooling so I called their plumbing service. Terry S. was out in no time. Diagnosed problem, obviously need new tank. I have two tanks in home. Terry was back the next day with new tanks and all new connections. Terry is professional, courteous, and explained everything he was doing and going to do. When I need plumbing done again I will request Terry S. and no one else. Terry is also a nice guy who loves his work.

We had a mess in our basement. We had a clogged drain on a Sunday night. Called ARS and explained the problem to the operator. The technician called me to let me know that he was on a call and we were the next customer. He called to let us know that he was on his way. Our technician's name was Terry and he was very professional. Terry explained everything to me and advised what the cost was before starting. He needed to used 2 different machines to clear the clog. Our technician's name was Terry and he was amazing he would not stop until he got the clog out of the drain he had to use 2 different machines to get the clog out. He also gave me some tips on how to fix some other problems in my house and they have all worked God bless this man. I would recommend Terry to anyone.

We needed a new Air-conditioning and heating system for our home in Grayslake. The system we had was old, working poorly and needed to be replaced. We were referred to ARS through our local Home Depot. They designed a wonderful system for us a made us a wonderful deal. The best part of all were the ARS installers.
