We have used ARS/Rescue Rooter for many years for all our AC/furnace and plumbing needs. All servicemen have been very professional, courteous and efficient. The few times we've had an emergency, they responded the same day. Rob A. has been servicing our A/C regularly. I really appreciate that he suggests improvements for efficiency and keeps us comfortable.

Nate J was our consultant and did a very good job explaining the equipment that was quoted and ARS's services and what work would be performed in replacing our furnace and air conditioning systems. Our delivery was prompt and the installation crew of Brandon C., Nick P. and Will C. plus a couple of others worked well as a team throughout the day to demo the old system and install the new systems. We were very pleased with everyone, the services, and the way ARS went about their business.
