Service department needs to return phone calls.
I was a loyal customer for over a decade. They have switched up their whole booking system. I have Waited at home three days separately for an appointment and the technician never showed. Then they said the appointment was never booked. After two days I’m still waiting for a callback from a manager. Very disappointed.
