I recently had Miki comes to the house to check our furnace. He was extremely professional and kind, it was great to work with him. He gave us some suggestions so we would not have problems in the future. There was no pressure to take his suggestions and he was happy and pleasant. I really liked he understood our financial situation and he told us which was more important of the two things he suggested. Scott W at ARS/ Rescue Rooters did a great job. This is his second year coming to check my furnace and all his work is first class as is the company!, He showed up on time explained everything and left all the same when he left....Good people!

I had a service call scheduled for December 8 but the scheduler called me and asked if I would like someone out today due to a cancellation. With the busy holiday season I gladly said yes. Scott W showed up and got right to work, I being a "retired" technical person in the printing industry was asking some questions on what Scott was doing. Scott explained everything he was doing not minding me watching everything. Once he was done I signed 2 papers and he went over everything I signed for. I recently had a large project with ARS that involved several people. I have to say that they were the most respectful, responsive, and professional people that I have ever dealt with. Lenny, and Pat were so professional, and great to work with. A project of this size always has some issues, but how people respond to issues defines great people and great companies. Ryan D. was our serviceman and were very pleased with his work, knowledge and attitude. We were using Nate for years and after he went into sales for ARS, we didn't think we could find another capable serviceman to take his place. Ryan fits the bill!

Nader was probably one of the best techs that have come to our house. He was helpful, let me know everything that was going on. He went that extra distance to make sure everything was clean, made some recommendations, gave me some idea on how long certain parts will last. I will definitely be requesting him next time.

Ryan D. was our serviceman and was excellent. He explained everything to us and explained in layman terms what might need to be done in the future. We were extremely happy with his friendliness and professionalism. We would definately like to have Ryan D. be our service person in the future.
