RecommendedRescue Rooter initially diagnosed the problem as being a deteriorating concrete sewer line from the house to the street, including the installation of a clean out pipe. The work required the relocation of several large ornamental rocks and working around a large rhododendron. Over a two day period a several man crew brought in equipment to move the rocks and do the required digging. The sewer line was repaired, the clean out installed and the work area restored as if none of this work had been done. The city approved the wor... read more
RecommendedChad came promptly - same day as usual- and solved the problem, which turned out to be incredibly minor, efficiently. He took no pay for it. I’ll definitely call this firm again.

They are great selling you a new unit for $$$$$. Then it goes out in a few months. Of course on a holiday weekend. And they just tell you sorry can’t help you till Tuesday. When you call all you get is an answering service. They send messages for a manager to call but the manager is to chicken to call I sure he is enjoying his long weekend with his family in a nice cool house. They don’t care for appointment. They canceled my appointment two times and still waiting for another appointment . so they don’t care for your valuable time And the office staff is also not good
