Nate came in on a service call and had remembered that he had been at our house before. maybe a couple of years before. he started right away with his diagnostic and discovered the problem was faulty heat sensor, he replaced it and checked out a couple of other things and ordered the proper part to come back and install and clean to put the furnace in top performance. Thanks Nate for the outstanding service both you and your company ARS of Illinois.

Chris B. Is one great guy. He is very knowledgeable with plumbing. His explanation regarding my bath faucet was excellent. He is a wealth of information. He helped me to see what my bathroom could be upgraded to. He went so far as to showed me the different fixtures available that would fit in my bathroom. I will be calling Chris B. when I am ready to update my bathroom. Way to go "Chris".

Great, easy to set an appointment, and I had very polite and capable representative Chis - 146. This was a very positive experience, and I would gladly recommend ARS to others, but I'll have to say "ask for Chris B"

Nate was at the house to give my HVAC a check up. He was courteous, clean, and knowledgeable on what needed attention and what was in good shape. He also had parts on hand to make repairs and service unit. Nate and ARS appear to have what it takes to gain trust and business with homeowners. I will call on them in the future.
