I requested a plumber on-line via Service Magic. Within minutes, Matthew from Arroyo Plumbing contacted me by phone. He sent over a plumber almost immediately and within an hour the problem drain (in kitchen) was fixed and three other drains in the house (laundry room + 2 bathrooms) were examined for blockage. They responded within seconds of posting the inquiry. They had a specialist at my home within an hour and had the job done very quickly, giving suggestions that the 40-year old galvinized pipes should be replaced because rust was causing the faucet to clog. But, did not push at that time to have the work done, which was nice.

We called Matt at Arroyo Plumbing regarding a water heater that stopped working for our four-plex. Matt was quick to respond, letting us know that a technician would be out early this afternoon to take a look at the unit, free of charge. That was at around 10:30am. At 11:00am, his technician was at our door. The technician, Tim, did a very thorough job evaluating the problem and confirmed what we had thought, that the termocoupler went out.
