Very punctual, knowledgable pofessionals and did a clean job for adding additional gas line for my dryer and Kitchen and the inspector was pleased with their work too.
Great Experience. Justin (Field Supervisor) was always available to show-up at our place and got the job done right. I have contracted many plumbers in the past but Justin ranks top. Great Guy.
Came in looked at my two toilets and outside tap. Suggested siemens fixes that I thought weren't that necessry. I pointed yo what I wanted and they were very quick and clean. Quoted hourly rate and I let them know what the other plumbers quoted and suggested they matched that and they did. I would recommend them as good work but also a bit like oil changers they were looking to upsell.
They were prompt, professional and worth it.
I had 2 problems that they were hired to fix. One they did fine the second (the shower drain) was not fixed and the person they sent was not much help in recommending alternative solutions. They charged me an hours time ($165.00) for the drain problem that they didn't even fix. Very, very poor service and the "plumber" was terrible on the drain problem.
Simple project (replacing the main water shutoff valve). He arrived early and satisfactorily completed the project in less than the estimated time (1 hour).
Contacted me and came out right away to deal with our sump pump not working and flooding occurring. The work was excellent, we are dry and very appreciative of their services.

The service was very prompt. We were offered a solution that gave us a better long term solution to an ongoing issue. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.
