Great job very professional ,and know their work, and what the cause of the problem was, and replaced and repaired the problem . Very nice company, and the workers were great, and I would hire them again, and highly recommend them to my family and friends.
Very impressed with Arroyo. They came out right away and sent Scott. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to assess the problem right away. We had slow drain issue and had multiple people come out to the house prior to snake it. Scott was the first person to go under the house and discovered the issue right away. The pricing for this fix was incredibly reasonable. Unfortunately, he found a number of other unrelated issues while under the house and the cost to fix these was much higher. The techs at Arroyo are a mixed bag. Some very experienced and some not so. The first person who came to rebuild the toilet water tank did a decent job, but did not tighten the bolts enough that caused water to leak. But Arroyo sent another experienced tech within a few hours to fix it and since then there have been no issues. The techs are prompt and professional.
Took way to long to complete job. Did not do a complete job installing earthquake strap. Could not understand plumber. (problem communicating.)

Arroyo was able to replace my faucet on the earliest date I requested. The rate was lower than the other service provider and the work was done well and neatly.
I brought them out to repair a water heater, they told me what was needed I had to um, they gave me the part number. I got that, they came in a timely manner when I was dealing with Matt I was happy when they guy came, the technician came, I believe his name was Joseph he was trying to get more money out of me after we already had a set amount and I don't like that. They set an amount I agree to it I expected it to get repaired I get a call saying
