They called immediately & were willing to come out the same day. I had them replace kitchen faucet after I had purchased the one I wanted and they arranged their schedule to accommdate me, inspected for water leaks, & found none. I am very happy with their professionalism & efficiency.

My worker was Scott. He showed up on time, worked hard, did a wonderful job with a great attitude. Blockage was a sock in the sewer pipe about 70 feet back. The tub, shower and both toilets currently drain like rivers. If they have further problems, I will be calling Arroyo again, no question. They have a customer for life.

The first guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. After he did some work on the plumbing, one of the pipes burst and caused water damage to our floors. However, the second guy they sent, Scott, did a great job. He was knowledgable and professional. I would give him 5 stars.
