Came out on Sunday to repair the water main and did a great job and the price was good also

They were very courteous and went the extra mile literally, searching 5 locations for the part needed. Tranh came to my house and was very polite and even checked our third toilet and adjusted the water flow. I like that Tranh took his shoes off before entering, very thoughtful!

I placed request to replace kitchen disposer and they called me a minute after I placed my request and came for estimate the very same day. The price was high, but I agreed because I hoped to get good work done for the price. Next day I had disposer installed, and the first time I ran dishwasher, I got water all over my floor and spent 4 hours waiting for another plumber to come, so when he came, he found two problems with installation. The service tech came the same day I called. Gave me a very reasonable per hour quote. Did the job right there and then. Even gave me tips to fix the slow drain myself before actually asking them to do it, as well as asking the manufacture of my draining faucets first since they might have lifetime warranty, to save me $100 or more on parts.
