All I could ask for
Very pleased with Paul from Arroyo Plumbing and Drain, Inc. He was both pleasant, and very efficient and cleared our clogged sink in record time with no mess, no problems at all. (We did not hire Allstar Plumbing because they did not keep appointment..)
He was very efficient and they pickup right away within 15 min someone was here. There payment options are very good as well.
The technician came to clear a blockage. The water was going down the tub but in a slow fashion so the blockage was not severe. In the process he broke the system that allows you to shut off the water and fill out the tub and said that he did not have the part to repair it and will come in later that day. Instead he called very late at night to say that he could not come, he came the next day and he said that the damage is irreparable and claimed that it was not working before. too expensive jus to clear the hair clog

They had a standard rate for the job but because the job didn't take as long as the quoted job they prorated and reduced the charge accordingly. I appreciated this a lot. The plumber also provided advice as to how not to clog up the drain beneath the garbage disposal which is what caused the problem that he fixed. Didn't know this info and will definitely follow his advice from now on. I will definitely use this company again!
Very kind, helpful plumber. Once I submitted my need to home advisor I believe I got a phone call from the plumber within 20 minutes to schedule an apt. and the plumber was there to fix the drain within 2 or 3 hours. Project done.
