The service was fast and courteous; the contractor even took care of some stuff that was not on the list. Will definitely do business with them again.
Arrived early. Worked hard to solve my problem, and did a pretty good job of cleaning up afterwords. Knew what he was doing. Good Job.
On the first visit, the technician only see 1 of the 2 problems that caused the leak. Fixing the first problem requires installing a new valve for the toilet but that job required some further adjustment on the second visit. The second problem involves another leak in the pipe extending from the wall. Both problems were fixed (for the most part) by the end of the second period.

Someone from Arroyo plumbing called within 5 minutes of my service request on HomeAdvisor/ServiceMagic. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. A plumber arrived on time and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. No more clogged drains. I didn't shop around for price so I'm not sure if $150 is the going rate for snaking a clogged drain but all-in-all I am a happy customer.
Not happy
Response was very quick and they had someone at my home within a couple of hours after my initial request.
Diagnosed the problem quickly. Another plumber tried to tell us we needed to rip the drywall to figure out the problem!! Arroyo's representative saved us time and more importantly lots of $$.
