The plumber did his job quickly and the drain works fine. It was a little bit messy (I had to clean up) and I paid $175.

An incompetent plumber was sent who did not find the Pressure Regulator was defective which caused the Pressure Release valve of the hot water heater to leak. After draining the water heater, claiming there was too much sediment in the 9 y.o. hot water heater, replacing the hot water heater, replacing the Presure Release valve on the brand new water heater again, the leaking continued. Team from Arroyo completed my project without any involvement from my side. As a matter of fact, due to hectic work and travel schedule I did not even get a chance to meet with the person(s) who completed the work in my absence. The gas piping work which was done by the most professional staff from Arroyo.
