Great place when it was Ashford Park and before it got bought by new management. Everything went down hill from there...maintenance would take days to respond to requests and then say they "fixed" the problems when they actually never stepped into the apartment. Front staff is extremely rude and has no idea what customer service means. Moving out before our lease was up was even a bigger nightmare...they keep asking for more payments but are not able to clearly explain what the charges are for. I hated the old property management and I hate the new property management. Some of the staff in the leasing office are rude. They switched utility companies and my utility bill is now $77. This is in sane because I am one person and I am barely home so the fact that I pay for everyone's water and sewage usage is ridiculous. The gate is always open and I pay for a secure gated property. Definitely not re-signing my lease and I would not recommend moving here.
Some low life scum bag stole my sports bike. It was parked in the garage, locked and covered properly. Property gates were left open the night it was stolen. The quality of service has gone down in general.
