RecommendedI have lived here for almost a year. The area is quiet, pretty location, lots of green areas, very safe, really close to perimeter mall, restaurant, marta station and movie theaters. Good maintenance services (I haven't had many problems at all). Really close to my work area. The only thing that bothers me is the shining lights in my windows at night, but I fixed it with curtains and also lots of dog waste Around cause the pet friendly policy.

RecommendedI relocated to the Atlanta area from out of state and was fortunate enough to procure an apartment here at Arrive Perimeter . It's an aesthetically amazing community which feels very safe and welcoming. The staff has been tremendous and very accommodating, as well as the maintenance crew for a couple small issues I observed when initially moving in. RecommendedFor the 4 months that I've lived here, I love it. Quiet place, nice gym, nice pool.Big patio, and great layout inside. It's just enough space for my family and I. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
The appliances are super old, the fridge makes aleatory sounds, it is imposible to turn on the oven in the stove, there are water leaks in rainy days, they close the access to the pool whenever they want that is also the access to the packages center and the exit of the apartaments, the pool is always full with cockroaches, the garbage pickup service arrives late, but if you let the empty trash can the next day for a few hours they will charge you with a penalization. poor management ,worst place ,dog poo everywhere. Unhygenic to live. you can find dog poo near barbecue place. Management wont even respond properly for your complaints.
I absolutely love this place leasing agents are wonderful ladies I would recommend anyone here!
