Just renewed for a 2nd time. Rental rates increased more that I would have liked but it’s less than it would cost to move and I’ll stay until the time comes for me to purchase a home

Bark park is my little pups favorite amenity. Parking could be a tad better but overall I enjoy living here

I believe this place may have changed management in the last couple of years, because they have been awesome! It's an older building but the property is very clean. And maintenance is very prompt. Our AC was out, and they had a guy here within 20 min and it was working again within 24 hours. Everyone has been very helpful!
Thanks for the holiday party. Had a good time meeting new people and the food was delicious. Thanks to the whole team.
