Bark park is my little pups favorite amenity. Parking could be a tad better but overall I enjoy living here

I believe this place may have changed management in the last couple of years, because they have been awesome! It's an older building but the property is very clean. And maintenance is very prompt. Our AC was out, and they had a guy here within 20 min and it was working again within 24 hours. Everyone has been very helpful!

Its quiet and for most part neighbors are respectful and friendly..The staff is very helpful and curteous to your needs.
We love it here. I think a lot of the people who are complaining either just moved out of their parents house or think that the managers are supposed to be personally assigned to them. I bet they have more than a few complaints about every where they have ever lived, every store they shop in, every road they drive. Our apartment is huge, great closet space, lots of sunshine and breeze. Every time we call maintenance, and it's only been 2 or 3 times in 3 years, they have been timely and helpful.
