Fun resident activity I just attended my very first resident activity and it was so much fun. This place really rocks. Super great people.

Actually the staff is great. They have always handled my issues in a timely manor, good communication, like Jacquelyn Boyd, who handled my noise complaint quickly today. But the apartments are not worth the price. They need real upgrading and not just cosmetic. I can’t even get fiber internet due to the wiring in the buildings. The breezeways are disgusting, blocked drains so puddles occur during rain causing a hazard. Spider webs in the stairwells that have never been cleaned in 2 years. Please take this review seriously and find somewhere else to live in Dunwoody. Please, anywhere but here. This company is so shady and just wants to take your money, even if they are breaking the law. So let me back up. We lived here for two years and From the beginning we were ignored, did not get a move in inspection or a checklist. Which is illegal but we were moving from out of state and already paid a deposit. Worst place I’ve ever lived. Don’t waste money or time here. The area is amazing but there are plenty of other places to live nearby that won’t screw your over. This places local management as well as trinity property management only want to screw you over. Avoid at all costs. Refer to yelp review for pictures of bug infested apartments.
Today I had the pleasure of a visiting Arrive Perimeter where I received a tour from Jacquelyn. What a vibrant personality!!! She was a joy to work with. I left feeling well informed about the community and it is at the top of my list for a potential new home come May. -Cathy
This place is a straight rip off! Maintenance is horrible and they've had so many car break-ins. They are trying to charge me $3500 to leave the place and I didn't stay the entire month. I have had 3 mold issues and each time it took them over 2 weeks to even get out to me. Finally they painted over the mold. The price is high, but they don't have the service to command that type of rent. Worst mistake I've made since I moved to Atlanta.
