As of right now, this place gets 2 stars. I'll update it if they fix my issues. I just moved in 5 days ago. There's a horrible ant problem in my kitchen. Disgusting! The apartment wasn't cleaned. There was soap scum on the shower walls, none of the sink faucets or handles were cleaned, there are 2 old toilet bowl cleaner pods sitting inside the bowl, the balcony looks unfinished and unswept. I could go on and on!! Not to mention they told us we would have a walk in closet and our balcony wouldn't face any neighbors...we have... read more
The apartments are nice and big for the price you pay. The buildings are kinda old and the maintenance aren't that great. For Dunwoody standards, this place is worth to move.
I TOTALLY recommend this place. I first moved in here in March of 2015 in a 2bd 1bth. The process to get approved and move in took no time. When acquiring about moving into a 2bd 2bth. The response was very prompt. They are very good getting back to you with a response. Getting into a 2 bd 2bth process was very quick. They work with you and give you options.
