As of right now, this place gets 2 stars. I'll update it if they fix my issues. I just moved in 5 days ago. There's a horrible ant problem in my kitchen. Disgusting! The apartment wasn't cleaned. There was soap scum on the shower walls, none of the sink faucets or handles were cleaned, there are 2 old toilet bowl cleaner pods sitting inside the bowl, the balcony looks unfinished and unswept. I TOTALLY recommend this place. I first moved in here in March of 2015 in a 2bd 1bth. The process to get approved and move in took no time. When acquiring about moving into a 2bd 2bth. The response was very prompt. They are very good getting back to you with a response. Getting into a 2 bd 2bth process was very quick. They work with you and give you options.
