Love the entire staff... leasing office and maintenance team! They are fun, friendly, and quick to act whenever I need help with anything. Love everything about my apartment... still new, beautiful, and spacious. I've never had any issues with neighbors, noise, or safety concerns. Moving from a home to an apartment complex I'm happier than I ever could have imagined.
After the change in management late 2017, the responsiveness has significantly improved. The maintenance is prompt and the leasing office staff is more friendlier and makes us feel valued. Overall the location of the community clubbed with the great school district it is part of, this makes one of the most sought after communities in Dunwoody area.
New Year New Management and they are awesome, professional, helpful, friendly.
I have a few ideas for residents to get together for meetups. Like book club , group yoga, movie nights. And maybe a personal trainer for the fitness area
