Verified Renter Arris is a beautiful building with great amenities. The building staff is extremely helpful and a pleasure to be around. The only downside is that Arris is not zoned for RPP with the city and parking is expensive (especially if you have 2 cars), so pricing ends up being the same as other buildings in the area.

The staff make this place feel like home My husband and I have lived here for over two years. We arrived in the height of the pandemic when apartment living was in chaos, and the team here were incredibly accommodating, from conducting full-service tours over Zoom, to waiving the amenity fee at a time when gyms and pools were closed everywhere. The maintenance crew is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive in a timely manner. And the concierge staff is the best, specifically Ms. Gwen and Ms. Maria!

Verified Renter I have enjoyed my time at Arris. The amenities and wonderful and the staff are great. The only negative of living here is that the gym is always full of people who don't pay rent here (personal trainers bringing in clients or vice versa) and as a rent payer I can't use equipment I want to.

Arris Resident Arris staff are absolutely amazing. Extremely kind, caring, genuine and professional. They make you feel like family here, we are happy that we choose this community to be a part of. Verified Renter Arris is a great community to live, very very clean, professional staff and on point whenever you need assistance. Everything is near by, shopping restaurants, ballpark, walk on the river. The best thing about this community is the staff, extremely kind, caring and professional at what the do.
