Verified Renter My years living at Arris have been great! I love living here and the neighboorhood is wonderful especially during the warmer months. Staff is always helpful from management and concierge . The amenities are great as well (lounge area, gym, rooftop). I would recommend anyone to live here!

Verified Renter Decent prices in the area for a new building that looks great at first glance. Our apartment certainly makes a great first impression. But the management is severely lacking. Whether you're a prospect or a current resident, expect the leasing office to take actual weeks to get back to you if you have a question. They're always blaming it on being spread too thin and spending 100% of their time on tours, but no staff gets added. Verified Renter I have lived in 4 different apartment buildings in the DC area and none compare to Arris. Arris has the most wonderful staff and the facilities are extremely well taken care of. It is such a pleasure to live here.
