Verified Renter After 18 months of very regular complaints about CONSTANT smoking throughout the community, management continues to do nothing to rectify. My apartment unit smells like smoke at least every other day due to my neighbors, as does the entire fourth floor corridor and elevator lobby. Maintenance Team is Awesome The maintenance team (Willie and Aaron) are fantastic and always go above and beyond for the residents. They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They can fix anything under the sun and it is a big reason that I love living at Arris!

Verified Renter Arris is a nice building older than others around the neighborhood but it is well maintained. It is located I. A very nice location at the Yards convenient to restaurants and bars. The apartment has a great view of Anacostia River and the trail alongside the river. It has a nice rooftop pool and business center area. Arris have a 24hrs concierge who are so amazing and very helpful.
