Easy Choice Arris is such an easy choice. It’s a high quality building, smart design, and in the quieter, less chaotic part of Navy Yard. I’ve toured nearly every building in Navy Yard and lived in three, and Arris just does it best. Great front desk and maintenance staff, great management, and quiet and respectful neighbors.

Best apartment! I have lived in the Arris for over 3 years and just renewed again. It’s my favorite place I’ve ever lived - highly recommend! The office staff, concierge, and maintenance staff are all phenomenal. The rooftop alone is worth living here!

Best Maintenance Team Ever The maintenance team at the Arris is the best maintenance team I’ve ever had at any place in DC. Our water heater broke Thursday afternoon, and within 24 hours they had ordered a brand new heater and replaced it. Couldn’t recommend their maintenance team more.

The building is always clean and your packages and mail are safe and you don't have to worry about people stealing your packages or mail.
