Verified Renter Arris and its staff are superb. Its a well kept building with helpful staff in a great location. The rooftop has great views and the common areas, gym etc are well kept. Staff has always been very helpful

Verified Renter I love the community. Everyone is so friendly. It's in walking distance of the waterfront lot of good food areas. Lots of places to sit back and relax is just wonderful.

Instant choice After touring a bunch of apartments, Arris was the immediate choice. The leasing agent (Jenifer) was able to answer my wave of questions effectively and accurately. The community is very nice and well presented. The pricing is also reasonable. Especially when it comes to parking, compered to other places which are absurd. Overall this is definitely the choice to be if you’re looking for something reasonable and cozy.

Best move ever! My experience has been awesome at Arris. Staff are welcoming and always have positive energy. Alyssa is always checking on me and other residents in passing. Maintenance is great! First place that I have lived where I feel at peace and safe :)
