Great "girls" weekend, felt so much more laid back and unpretentious than other resorts. We had a wonderful time.
Fabulous! What an awesome historical place to stay! Staff were very accommodating. Hotel was clean. Sad to leave, can't wait to come back to visit AZ again.
I am a HH member and cannot believe the lack of hospitality this place had!! The lady at check-in was abrasive and unhelpful- my digital check in did not work at all. And the room service guy literally left the tray and walked away- did not explain anything or take the time to set up our food. This is a Waldorf property!!! You'd expect to be wowed. Nope. We are here for our honeymoon honeymoon and are having the best experience ever! Awesome staff, amazing food(I'm gluten free), wonderful rooms and grounds, and just overall beautiful. We are so happy we picked this place!
This place was beyond what we expected. Service was impeccable. Never been around so many people that were so happy and love their jobs. Can't wait to come back!!
In a huge Hilton loyalist and unfortunately I was less than impressed with several things about my stay . I waited until nearly 5pm before I couldn't heck in as the room was not clean . After that I was walked in on by housekeeping while changing to head to the pool . The following day at the pool there were more screaming children than adults thus my relaxing vacation was less than relaxing ! If you're coming here to relax this is not the place ! went out of there way when ckd in to cater me to the terace area took xtra time explaining the grounds , shelby was great at reception top notch pesonality and professional attitude made sure i got my extra pillows and quiet room thxs a million room service excelent from the 1am burger to the 3am ice cream run and back for breakfast at 8
Incredible resort. Employees are so friendly and really seem to like their jobs and helping the guest have a great time. Pools were awesome, food was awesome. I wanna go back!
Celebrated my birthday there August 5-7. Charming facility, excellent staff, great accommodations. Only one really bad part: having to leave. We'll be back. Thanks AZ Biltmore for making it such a special weekend.
