My mother, two young daughters and I had an amazing time at Tea! The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. You made an 11 year old's birthday extra special :-)
I stayed here during an irregular ops night during which my flight got cancelled. - bit of a hike from check in to my room, but worth it. Comfortable bed and a great bathroom.
The service here is outstanding. While at breakfast and upon returning the room had already been cleaned. Altho a hotel, not your run of the mill hotel food. Actually very good. The only thing I would do next time is get a Casita with an outdoor fire pit. I think they are propane and look very comfortable to take the chill of the night.
Absolutely wonderful staff and a beautiful space to relax. I have felt nothing but spoiled with kindness.
An above average hotel that offers an above average experience. We were impressed with the level of service and attention we received from the minute we checked in to check out. Our room was amazing, with a cozy patio and comfortable king size bed. We love feeling like high rollers even though we are anything but. Thank you for a great stay Arizona Biltmore.
My husband and I stayed on a recent business trip and we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations and the tours that were booked for us through the concierge. She booked a Grand Canyon tour that was out of this world and and picked us up directly from the hotel. We had a fantastic stay!!
The scenery was very beautiful and an the staff was amazing.
The spa treatments were amazing and the lobby bar has great attentive bartenders. The grounds are beautiful. The front desk staff lacks the service and attentiveness one would expect at this type of resort. Overall, a great place to stay.
I have been coming to the Bitmore for the over 15 years....it's awesome now the entire resort has been renovated but of course keeping all things that make the Biltmore great. The friendly staff continues to provide exceptional service....love this place!
