I travel a lot so it takes a lot to impress me, The Biltmore is nice yet not a 4 or 5 star hotel. If you look closely it's crumbling on the outside and their "behind the scenes" Operations is not behind the scenes. Rooms are nice after recent upgrades.

Up graded to a cabin due to HH status. Very nice and large room. Staff very friendly. Food good. Small pool very nice and quiet. My first time here. Had issues with room keys but resolved very fast. Grounds spectacular. Hope to return some day.

I can't believe the lack of security and signs directing people to the front desk from the parking garage. Walking almost 5 blocks at 10:30pm alone is ridiculous. Plus there is barely any lights on the sidewalks to the bungalows making it another security issue and hard to find the correct rooms.

We love the Biltmore! Hospitality Plus is the key phrase as guest. The staff is A+++ and their dog friendly attitude is very appreciated by me and my Service Dog Shiloh.
