Seriously - Dogs at the Spa? Wow! I had hoped to enjoy my week vacation with some serious spa time being a new mom. We've been coming to the Builtmore for many years and was so disappointed by our stay. This past Sunday I had a massage & was laying at the private spa relaxation area when a guest brought a 100 lbs pit bull to the area. The dog proceeds to bark and was not well attended. What a beautiful place. We came here for dinner which was marvelous. We then decided to sit outside and sip some X O. And we were joined by some very interesting people. What a nice place. Next time we will stay here.
We have been having the best time at the hotel. The tree lighting ceremony was perfect for our grandkids. This will be our go too place to stay when we come to visit our kids.
This is the second time we visited the Biltmore and each time it has exceeded our expections. The hotel itself is lovely and the stuff is very attentive. From the front desk to the gift shop employees. I also highly recommend the hotel tour. The history is so interesting and Rob, the tour guide is charming. I can't wait for our next trip!
The AZ Biltmore is beautiful. Staff is wonderful. SVdP holds their yearly fundraiser here every year in the Frank L Wright ballroom. You never disappoint. Thank you.
Beautiful hotel...big rooms and an excellent staff to take care of you. This is a good place to relax, spend time with your family and enjoy the peace.
