Had a wonderful experience with Megan at the front desk. Beautiful property and hope to come back for leisure next time and not work so I can enjoy the amenities! Watch for those pesky scorpions � though! Food is readonable but drinks are a bit overpriced! $15.20 for a lemon drop!!??
The resort is beautiful and all the staff was friendly and helpful!
Great service but the chicken pizza was mediocre at best and the apple quinoa salad was too complicated. It didn't need the bacon. Typical hotel fare at best.
My experience was awesome! People went out of their way to make sure I found my room, the gym and anything else I was looking for ! The concierge downstairs was amazing (Susan) ! Loved her ! Very sweet and personable lady! The concierge I. The evening and the waiters were great! Really enjoyed my stay there !

Black mold and smelly... Sad to say this has been the worst Biltmore I've ever stayed at.
