I thought this was a nice property but the management and service here has turned out to be terrible! It's now been a couple of weeks since I checked out and still no response to a claim that resulted in personal damage to my property and a loss they promised to take care of while I was there. I was willing to settle with the resort but now that I'm gone they could care less! Management refuses to return my calls and so I have filed a claim with the their insurance company, we'll see where that goes. Steer clear of this plac... read more
Great place to stay! Loved the welcoming staff, the patio with late night drinks and cigars, and the hospitality. The room is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained and the ambiance couldn't have been better. I've golfed here before but didn't stay, I know how to ALWAYS stay here. The valet help, bags check, car service were also exceptional.
We had a great stay---good size room for our family, beautiful grounds and pool! Special thanks to Katie P. (concierge team) for making sure our stay was great. We will be back.
Im here now. My wife and I just left a fundraiser event for the boys and girls club. Purchased a night so we could relax, instead the entire floor smells like weed. Even the room service attendant acknowledged the stench. Disappointed.

This is such a beautiful resort! Everyone is so nice, from the girl at the check in to John our bellboy and the sweet lady at the concierge desk - our room is gorgeous and may be one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in - I'm looking forward to exploring the property over the next few days - excellent staff and excellent accommodations 5 stars for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My family and I used to live in the area so walked here often for breakfast and golf :). We are here for a weekend visit and could not be happier with our stay. The grounds are impeccable, the service has been top notch and Arizona is heaven this time of year. We appreciate all the efforts from the staff to ensure we are comfortable and happy during this little weekend at 'home'.
I stayed at the Biltmore during the college football national championship, and while I enjoyed my experience there I am highly dissatisfied with their security system and staff. Myself and my buddy received an apple tv a piece as a part of a espn event. They were left in our room when we got back from an event. We left to go to another event and when we returned they were gone. I filed a suit with the biltmore only to be led on a wild goose chase to figure out who and when someone would contact me.
