Enjoy a luxurious stay at this world-class resort in the Valley of the Sun. Built in the 1930s, the hotel's architecture was influenced by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. Each of the rooms are tastefully furnished and carry an understated desert color scheme. Recreational facilities include a championship golf course, outdoor swimming pools as well as an onsite spa and salon. Dining options include award winning restaurants such as Wright's at The Biltmore as well as Frank & Albert's. The resort, its restaurants and golf cou... read more

I hate to be this person, but I have attempted to reach out to the staff of the Biltmore directly, both before and after the event I hosted there, and no one answered the phone or returned my calls. I need to share an experience I had with the Biltmore about a month and a half ago. In May, I hosted a surprise birthday party for my husband at the Biltmore pool. I began calling the Biltmore about 2 months before the event, and it took me about 6 attempts at calling over a peri...Continue Reading
This hotel is amazing. Especially the staff. Wanted to send a special shout out to Katie our pool server. She did an amazing job. We rented a cabana by the pool for our three day visit and had Katie Thursday and Saturday as our server. On Saturday night when we got back to the room after being at the pool all day. Katie had a bowl of snacks delivered to our room with nice note thanking us for coming to the pool. It was an amazing gesture and something that has never happened at another hotel. That pretty much sums up your st... read more
The villa we stayed in was beautiful, the staff was beyond professional, and above all else, my hubby enjoyed his birthday weekend! Cannot wait to come back for another staycation❤
Had a great stay last Saturday. The Biltmore has so much history and beautiful grounds to walk.
The rooms and grounds are amazing! I'm a huge fan of FLW, and the architecture and nuances are stunning. The pool, bars and restaurants are wonderful BUT the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Each and every one has gone out of their way to make us feel special and pampered. Notably, Rachel and Nick at the front desk; my husband mentioned we were here celebrating beating a health issue, I received a card signed by so many of the staff that it teared me up. They treated us with such kindness, from the servers to the sp... read more
Not the first time that I've been here but never disappoints. The grounds are immaculate and the rooms are very clean and spacious. I don't mind the walk to and from my room as you can expect nice grounds and no walking. I read some of the reviews on the site and think people have impossible expectations. I spend the extra $35 per day to eat breakfast and snacks in the Octivilla reception. Although they don't serve a hot breakfast and you pay for hard alcohol at night, definitely worth the money. I do have feedback for the h... read more
Don't be fooled by "complimentary upgrades" thing. They will put you somewhere in Ocatilla building that will require extensive walking from parking lot as well as to/from lobby. Also there are lots emphasizes at Astoria Biltmore about its historical heritage and one can easily smell "history" or just an oldness of the building. Stayed there for 3 days. Upon request to extend late (1 hour extra) check out due to inability to leave conference earlier the guy named Alvin from quest service had an attitude of " I will make any ... read more
Huge thank you to Chris and Natalie and the other concierge at the Octillla who's name escapes me. *She knows who she is- she made an extra effort to make sure my girls got their smores by the fire pit. They all went above and beyond for us on our weekend to celebrate is girls. The pool was amazing. Had the whole thing to ourselves almost all weekend. The spa was amazing.
