What a wonderful experience. Stayed in H Cottage 5124. Fantastic meal at Frank & Alberts. Staff was courteous and helpful, always. If you go to the Spa for a message, ask for Robert. Great message and a really nice man.

I stayed at the Arizona Biltmore March 29th and truly enjoyed it. There is nothing pretentious about this resort. From the moment I arrived until I left, every single staff person was friendly and generous with their time. I would like to single out the young man who took my dinner order that evening. The Waldorf Salad with shrimp was perfect. I would also like to thank the manager at the Spa who went far and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my spa treatment. It did not disappoint. Thanks to Robert for a wonderful massa... read more

We remodeled a house nearby and enjoyed the beautiful landscaping and estates in the surrounding area. Finally bit the bullet to spend a night there and see what the hype was about. The room was beautiful, and architectural detailing was fascinating. Pool was excellent, and open 24 hours. Concierge mentioned a history tour that we could join, which we would like to do next time. Fascinating story in our neighborhood! Now I understand why all our neighbors like to use glass block on their lamp posts. Imitation is the sinceres... read more

Snooty, unhelpful staff. We could not sleep- A light on the feeling flashed all night keeping us awake. The food is awful. Room serviced arrived cold. Albert's breakfast was so below average. Denny's would have been gourmet. They cannot make a cappuccino to save their lives. The worst part is all of the gardners constantly mowing and leaf blowing with their gas powered machinery. We tried to relax by the main pool, but we were barraged by five different guys with gas powered blowers etc. When we kindly mentioned this disturb... read more

Great stay! Here for business, but having so much fun as well. Staff is extremely gracious and accommodating. Food is superb and the chef prepared a special order chicken salad for me that was a culinary work of art! Room is spacious and comfy!

We were actually staying at Embassy Suites but their pool area was under renovations so they courtesy shuttled us to the pool here. It was amazing. The service staff around the pool was the best and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely return.
