Verified Renter Move in was easy and efficient! However my oven has not worked since I moved in as well as there are other concerns , but they have ordered the part & fixed some of the other issues I have had upon my first month decently.

Verified Renter BEST PLACE WE MOVED TO THUS FAR! Nice spacious apartments and it amazes me with how much the staff is attentive to our needs/concerns. Ive never been to a place where it has a swimming pool and a fitness center. It cost $65/month extra but im not too worried about that knowing the kids will have a blast this summer. We are so happy we moved here.

Verified Renter I thought this would be a great start over but this is exactly like my apartment I left that was also Morgan properties so when my lease is up I’m moving and will never rent from Morgan Properties again. It’s too much for nothing but issue after issue. Maintenance are extremely nice and on point neighborhood stay clean staff friendly and nice it’s just the property itself
