Verified Renter Walls are thin, parking is terrible, people stop their car in the middle of the road and block the flow of traffic. The idea that some residents can pay extra for reserved parking is ridiculous because that takes away from other residents that cannot afford a reserved spot. Might as well just assign parking for each apartment.
Verified Renter I love my apartment here at Seneca. Bay, the maintenance and people at the rental office are so nice. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else besides Santa Claus.

Verified Renter I absolutely love My apartment, the neighborhood is clean and quiet. A nice place to raise a family. The elementary school is an excellent school. The people at the rental office and maintenance are very nice people as well.

Verified Renter It's a good starter home although maintenance has gone down hill in the past couple of months.Neighborhood not bad. Amenities decent. While I appreciate the transition to a smoke free community I didn't think that would include bbq grills as well.
